Pecan Sandies is a collection of handmade goods with unique designs, for children and adults. All items are made by hand in a smoke-free, dog-friendly home.
I am happy to accept custom order requests and wholesale inquiries.
Wait Time
Most items are made-to-order, with a wait time of 2-3 weeks. If you need something by a certain date, contact me and I’ll see if it can be arranged.
Shipping
I ship many of my smaller items through USPS First Class mail to keep shipping costs low. If you would like to have an item shipped in a different way, please let me know.
By default, I use First Class International shipping on international orders. Send me a message if you would like to upgrade to Priority.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price. Customized items, items of non-standard size, and patterns are not returnable. Items must be returned in original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
